Orders ship promptly from Philadelphia, Monday through Friday, via USPS, FedEx or FedEx One Rate. Orders will be shipped according to the carrier and class you have chosen when checking out.

Warranty
Graham International warrants that our products are manufactured to the highest standard. If you believe a product to have failed due to material defect or workmanship, please call our office for a Return Authorization (RA) number. We require a copy of the original invoice with the watch strap returned for inspection and evaluation. The item, if defective, will be exchanged, replaced or credited to your account.
